On our way to the park, we made a #wawarun to grab lunch and coffee (my fave is the macchiato - YUM!) Their menu is so vast y’all. So. Many. Options. It’s easily customizable too, which is perfect for us because Ryan is a vegetarian and I’m not eating dairy right now. (Also they offer reusable bags & straws which I really appreciate 🌱) We grabbed our food then set up camp in the shade at the park. Elliot took a nap on the grass (swipe to see 🤣) and we relaxed all afternoon. Then we made another #wawarun for more coffee on our drive back home 😝

Baby wipes, nursing pads, panty liners... postpartum ain’t pretty 😜 And we go through a lot of single-use products during the first few months after having a baby, so it’s important to make sure those products will harm our environment as little as possible.

It’s very different from my delivery with Evelyn. This time, I felt far more prepared for whatever came our way. Ryan and I spent the time to educate ourselves on our different options. I prepared my body both mentally and physically, and we also learned proper breathing techniques. All of that lead to an amazing experience for both of us! ⠀

Elliot’s little birth announcement 🥰 Who’s an OG and remembers Evelyn’s same announcement photo from 3 years ago?! (Swipe to see it!) I just had to recreate it! Also… I’m seeing a pattern here… apparently @ryanmoon1 & I make little 6lb peanuts that are 18.5 inches long and arrive in early May way before their actual due dates 🤣 (Elliot’s due date was May 26 and Ev’s was May 12)
