My Friday Five Series is Back!
On (most) Fridays, I’ll share five of my favorite “things” from the week. But it’s not just “things’… it can be absolutely anything. And it will vary from week to week!
Inspirational people, beauty products, quotes, recipes, places I’ve traveled to, exercises, videos that made me laugh…. it can be anything I found memorable that is worth sharing.
So here we go, the return of Friday Five:

Skinny Apple Pie
I shared a photo of this dessert on my Stories last week and it was a huge hit, so here is the full recipe! I saw it on this TikTok video and it explains the whole recipe in like 30 seconds! It’s really easy and I’ve had it every night for about 2 weeks straight!

@glographics
I discovered Glo’s Instagram a couple weeks ago and fell in love with her platform and her brand. She is a black blogger in the travel & entrepreneur niches and over the last few weeks, she’s used her platform to been share educational resources for racism and BLM. I’ve found her content very helpful and informative, plus I adore her personality! So I wanted to include her on this list so you can go follow her too (in case you don’t already!)

Mason Jar Lid Kit
I know, this is so random, but you guys know how obsessed I am with my mason jars. I use them for dozens of things around the house, and I even have a whole blog post dedicated to them. They help you living more sustainably because they replace countless single-use plastics in your home.
This Lid Kit came with an assortment of lids for your mason jars – including a soap dispenser, spray nozzle, pouring lid with a strainer, and more.

Make Me A Cocktail
Where has this been my whole life! Makemeacocktail.com is a website where input what you have in your fridge and pantry, and it tells you different options for drinks/cocktails you can make with the ingredients you already have. This site is genius. And especially helpful the last few months with us being stuck at home a lot more.

Hair Regrowth Kit
I always thought losing your hair was just a problem men had as they got older. Then I hit 30 years old, gave birth to my daughter, and WOW. My hair fell out in CLUMPS after giving birth and I am really struggling to grow it back. My hair is thin to begin with, plus it’s always grown slowly.
So for the past couple years, I’ve been on the hunt for products to include in my haircare routine to help take better care of my scalp and encourage my hair to grow back. A few weeks ago, I started using the Foligain Hair Care System and I’m already noticing the health of my scalp improving. It’s really difficult to find this kind of product made with good ingredients, not tested on animals, and that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
So I wanted to share this kit for any other my other mamas (or guys!) out there that need a little extra help with growing their hair back, like I do.
I hope you enjoyed this week's favorites! See you next time!
PS- this post is not sponsored and all opinions are my own (as always!)
