I’ve been drinking a small amount (about 8oz.) of Kombucha everyday for about 6 weeks now & love it! Aside from the amazing health benefits, I also find that the taste (of certain flavors) curbs my afternoon sweet tooth! My favorite flavors are Pink Lady Apple & Pomegranate.
So there’s definitely a redundancy here.. I seem to pick a podcast every single Friday on these lists! Here’s another one I really enjoyed, my husband recommended earlier in the week. It discusses various areas of general nutrition & how it differs for everyone depending on their genetics & personal fitness goals.
I’m currently planning a family trip to Glacier Nationals Park this summer, & I’m absolutely blown away by the photos I’m seeing of this place. Another one my Pinterest feed is covered in right now. Wow wow wow.
